Notice of Service

Services offered are those of a Title IX Professional. These services are not for legal advice nor legal representation. Title IX services are advisory and educational in nature only. Any service agreement will require a signature by both the client and Title IX Advising. Without that signed agreement, neither party is bound to any action.

Reporting Party (Victim)

*Also referred to as Complainant or Accuser

Being the victim of discrimination, harassment, or sexual misconduct can be among life’s most trying times. I can work with you to make the process as manageable as possible while protecting your right to share your experience with the people in charge of your school’s Title IX response.

It is uncommon that a Complainant hires professional help during a Title IX Process. This contributes to the likelihood that the Responding Party will be very well prepared to defend themselves and the true victim is made to play catch up just to earn a little bit of justice.

I would encourage any Victim to reach out and speak to me about the process they face. Not all victims need assistance, and not all those that do need the same type of help. But if you choose to face a formal process, then face it with someone that can bring a high level of knowledge and experience to the table.

Trust in a Title IX Professional.
